Endpoint Engineer

TCS is looking your Talent as Endpoint Engineer. **Work modality: Hybrid** (Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week). Qualifications Advanced knowledge of English Years of Experience: + 3 Years of experience in Application Packaging/SCCM/IntunesVirtual Desktop focused on defining and/or delivering infrastructure architectures. Country of residence: México City Skills and attributes for success: Strong expertise in Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune . Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot , patch management , and application deployment . Proficiency in PowerShell scripting . Knowledge of Azure AD , Conditional Access , and Endpoint Security . Familiarity with compliance frameworks and ITIL processes Key Responsibilities SCCM Administration: Deploy, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure. Manage OS deployments, patching, and application packaging. Perform health checks, troubleshoot SCCM client/server issues. Create and maintain compliance baselines and reports. Microsoft Intune Management: Configure and manage Intune for device enrollment and application deployment. Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM). Monitor and resolve Intune deployment errors and autopilot issues. Ensure security compliance for mobile and endpoint devices. Integration & Automation: Integrate SCCM with Intune for co-management scenarios. Develop automation scripts (PowerShell) for routine tasks. Optimize workflows for software distribution and patching. Security & Compliance: Adhere to organizational security standards and compliance frameworks. Implement endpoint protection policies and monitor security incidents. Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with global teams and HUB leads. Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and MOMs. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions across tracks. We offer: 1.
