Field Service Engineer - Guadalajara

We are hiring a Field Service Engineer to perform installation, preventive maintenance, repair, and technical support of specialized equipment in the Guadalajara region. Your new role: The role involves ensuring equipment performance, maintaining records per regulatory standards, and supporting customer satisfaction. What you'll be doing in your new role: Perform routine and corrective maintenance on field equipment. Manage tools, inventory, and company assets. Document and escalate customer issues as needed. Provide technical training and support. Collaborate with internal teams to support business goals. The Individual: Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field-based role. Intermediate or advanced English. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
