Technical Recruiter

Job Title: Technical Recruiter – IT Staffing (Onsite) Location: Guadalajara / Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite About Us: Servsys Technology S. de R.L. de C.V. is the Mexico division of Servsys Corporation, a US-based IT staffing and solutions company. We provide high-quality IT talent to leading clients in Mexico, the US, and India. We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to support our hiring needs for full-time IT positions with top-tier clients in Guadalajara. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (full-time) in Mexico, primarily in Guadalajara/Zapopan. Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure technical and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on feedback. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring skill sets. Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure smooth hiring processes. Manage recruitment reports and ensure compliance with internal hiring processes. Requirements: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter (agency or corporate). Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, QA, SAP, etc.). Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates for technical positions. Familiarity with recruitment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish . Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must be based in Guadalajara/Zapopan or willing to work onsite daily. Preferred: Experience recruiting for multinational IT companies. Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices in Mexico.
