HR Generalist We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and support the full employee life cycle—from recruitment and onboarding to development, engagement, and offboarding. This role will be key in ensuring our HR programs, processes, and initiatives run smoothly while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace. What you’ll do Support the design and administration of HR programs, procedures, and policies that align with company goals. Assist with projects such as audits, job descriptions, performance reviews, new initiatives, and engagement activities. Manage HR administrative tasks: employee records, documentation, invoice coding, and HRIS updates (ADP, BambooHR). Administer benefits (enrollment, reporting, communication) and process employee changes accurately. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR matters including leaves, compensation, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with employment laws, union contracts, and internal policies. Participate in recruitment, job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Stay current with HR trends, best practices, and employment law updates. Handle sensitive matters with empathy, professionalism, and discretion. What we’re looking for Knowledge of employment US laws, HR policies, and best practices. Experience in employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve conflicts. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and work both independently and collaboratively.
