Meaningful Work From Day OneThe Finance Analyst role will provide support and analytical insight, and will partner with Finance Managers to analyze business performance. As a critical finance business partner, the Finance Analyst will execute against organization-wide analytical priorities, promote a culture of analytics, and support our commercial management processes and systems. This person will report to a USA&C Finance Manager. ResponsibilitiesAnalyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancementConsistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reportsInterpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicatorsCommunicate financial insights suggesting business issues to managementWhat You Bring to the TableExperience: At least 2 years of business experience or equivalent experience, with strong financial and analytical capabilities.Language: Fluency in English.Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, creativity, passion for problem-solving, and strong diagnostic skills in order to connect the dots and provide a thorough business analysis.Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, relationship building, and influencing skills while collaborating across a broad organization (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance).Experience with utilizing various software/data sources for analysis (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Applications, Tableau, SAP, etc.).Demonstrated professional maturity, business acumen, sound business judgment, and ability to provide advice to management based on objective and impartial analysis.A proactive self-starter.Ability to work both independently and within a team.Personal honesty and integrity: the ability to effectively handle confidential information.
