If you’re passionate about building high-performing teams, driving customer growth, and leading innovative commercial strategies, this role is for you.In this strategic position, you will lead two key teams:Account Development Specialists – focused on generating new business opportunities.Inside Sales Support Specialists – dedicated to strengthening relationships with key customers.Be the main link between our customers in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico and Omron’s cutting-edge industrial automation solutions.Design and execute commercial strategies with regional impact.What are we looking for?✅ 5+ years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience, including direct account management for U.S. and Canadian customers. ✅ Proven success in leading high-impact teams. ✅ Fluency in English and Spanish. ✅ A data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a focus on continuous improvement. ✅ Preferred: Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce), Power BI, and JD Edwards.What do we offer?
