The Job Summary outlines the key responsibilities of the Administrative Support Role. This position requires exceptional administrative support to the executive team, including the Director and other senior leaders. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision and organization. Prepare, edit, and finalize correspondence, communications, presentations, and documents efficiently. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for executive review in a timely manner. Handle all incoming and outgoing communications effectively. Organize and maintain electronic files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings with attention to detail. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Strong organizational and time management skills are vital. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial. High level of discretion and confidentiality is necessary. Professional demeanor and appearance are expected.
