Language Development Specialist Wanted About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Language Development Specialist to enhance English language skills of employees. This role involves developing and implementing effective training programs, conducting classes, assessing language proficiency, and creating engaging teaching materials. Your Responsibilities: Develop and implement English language training programs tailored to employee needs and goals. Conduct individual and group English classes to promote effective communication and teamwork. Assess language proficiency of employees and tailor lessons accordingly. Create engaging and effective teaching materials that cater to different learning styles. Monitor and report on participant progress to ensure objectives are met. Collaborate with other departments to integrate language training into overall employee development plans. The Essentials - You Will Have: Pursuing a degree in languages, education, or a related field. Experience in teaching English to students of varying levels and backgrounds is preferred. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for effective communication. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for rapport building with colleagues and stakeholders. Ability to create and adapt teaching materials for diverse learning needs. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for administrative tasks.
