We're working with a leading global financial infrastructure provider that operates at the heart of the world's financial markets. As one of the largest interdealer brokers globally, this firm connects investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and liquidity providers across multiple asset classes — including FX, rates, credit, energy, and digital assets. They are now looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to help elevate their brand and product visibility across LATAM, with a particular focus on the FX and derivatives trading space. The Role You'll be joining a high-impact, globally connected marketing team — with the autonomy to shape go-to-market strategy, build campaigns that resonate with institutional audiences, and deliver commercial outcomes. This is not consumer finance. You'll be marketing complex products to sophisticated, professional trading clients — and you'll need the confidence and credibility to do it well. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute marketing initiatives across FX, rates, and derivatives trading verticals Work closely with product, sales, and comms teams to shape messaging and drive awareness of trading solutions Deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, email, social) aligned to client segments and regional strategy Create compelling content that speaks to institutional traders, buy- and sell-side firms, and fintech partners Manage brand presence and engagement at industry events, conferences, and hosted roundtables Track campaign performance and KPIs, reporting on engagement, lead flow, and ROI Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, market trends, and client priorities What You Bring 6+ years' experience in marketing within institutional finance, fintech, or trading Proven background marketing FX, derivatives, or capital markets solutions Ability to distill complex trading concepts into clear, engaging marketing narratives Strong copywriting, storytelling, and project management skills Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for global markets and trading innovation Why This Role?
