Warehouse Inventory Lead

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. Manage and coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, material picking and delivery to production, shipping, packaging, and inventory control. Lead and develop warehouse personnel: assign tasks, provide training, and evaluate performance. Implement and sustain improvements related to warehouse layout, material flow, and inventory accuracy. Maintain order, safety, and 5S standards within the warehouse. Control and track performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, accuracy, and efficiency. Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure material availability and optimal flow.Bachelor’s degree completed (Engineering, Logistics, or related field). Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment (preferably metal-mechanical). Proven experience in process improvement, layout design, and inventory management. Intermediate level of English.
