Our products have been exported to more than 50 countries.The Administration Specialist provides essential support to daily office operations, ensuring efficient administrative flows throughout the organization. They manage documentation, coordinate supplies, manage schedules, assist with travel, and maintain communication with vendors, ensuring policy compliance and operational efficiency.Main Responsibilities:- Manage and organize office documentation and files. - Coordinate the procurement of supplies and equipment. - Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars. - Support communication with vendors and service providers. - Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports. - Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies. - Provide administrative support to various areas. - Maintain accurate records and assist with report preparation.Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree in administration, Management, or related field. - Experience: 1-3 years in administrative positions, ideally with team coordination. - Knowledge and Skills: Administrative procedures, vendor coordination, Microsoft Office, organization, effective communication, expense control skills. - Language: Conversational English. - Competencies: Proactive, attention to detail, leadership, service-oriented, confidentiality, and adaptability.
