Technical Team Lead

Job Title: Technical Team Lead The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring their team to achieve their performance metrics. Their role will involve strategizing, project management, part staff management, and leading by example. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate engineering projects from inception to completion. Oversee design, manufacturing, process control, and technical maintenance activities to ensure optimal results. Manage, coach, and support engineering and technical staff in achieving their goals. Collaborate closely with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics departments to drive business success. Propose and implement technological and productivity improvements that benefit the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field of study. 5+ years' experience in a similar role within the metalworking industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, assembly, welding, and lean manufacturing. Advanced English language skills. Proven leadership skills, decision-making abilities, effective communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
