Sourcing Support

Smurfit WestRock is looking for a Sourcing Support professional to join our team. This role is key to ensuring full shipment visibility, timely tracking, and proactive problem‑solving to maintain seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily shipment status to ensure end-to-end visibility across customer orders. Work closely with carriers and logistics partners to resolve delays and proactively address delivery issues. Document and manage delivery exceptions, such as reschedules, shortages, damages, or failed deliveries. Maintain accurate tracking information in internal systems to support real-time decision-making. Lead improvement initiatives and present results, KPIs, risks, and recommendations to management. Requirements Experience managing and reporting on projects, including presenting KPIs and recommendations. Strong critical and analytical thinking to support problem-solving. High level of ownership and accountability in daily tasks. Solid Excel skills (Power Query is a strong plus). Advanced English level (frequent communication with managers).
