Process Excellence Specialist

Job Title: Process Excellence Specialist This candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving quality assurance processes throughout the organization. To achieve this goal, the ideal candidate should utilize data analysis to better understand quality reporting metrics and implement process enhancements. Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection to ensure quality standards are met. Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures to identify areas of improvement. Participate in internal and external quality audits to maintain compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. 4+ years' experience in a related field.
