Job Summary Responsible for supervising and maintaining the EHS system at the site, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, mitigating risks through assessments, and managing incidents, audits, and legal requirements based on Mexican Law and corporate policies. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with STPS, Civil Protection, and other safety regulations Lead and manage internal/external audits, indicators, emergency brigades, and safety studies (noise, vibration, illumination) Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste, chemical substances, permits, and environmental compliance Control EHS documentation and follow up on findings from audits and inspections Support environmental studies and ensure correct handling of manifests Handle EHS services and suppliers (fumigation, fire systems, extinguishers, etc.) Participate in corporate EHS initiatives and ensure collaboration with other departments Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field 5 years of experience as EHS Lead Knowledge of NOMS STPS, SEMARNAT, Civil Protection, Secretaría de Energía Skills in decision-making, teamwork, execution, influence, and data analysis Familiarity with platforms like Oracle, Velocity, and supplier systems Valoramos la diversidad y somos una organización que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
