We are hiring an Intern/Student Accounting, who will support our Shared Services Center in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. In this team you will have the opportunity to learn about administrative and accounting tasks in a global team. What to expect as an Accounting Intern: Accounts Payable Vendor Invoices Data entry with different currenciesAnalysis and resolution of Accounts Payable invoice problemsAccounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balance reconciliations, including Intercompany transactionsCustomer’s CollectionRun Reports of Past Due Customers/VendorsCreation of third-party customer invoices, credit memos and customer statements,Verification and application of customer paymentsAssist in Accounting month end close processHow to maintain excellent relationship with to third party customers and with our ZF operating units Your profile as an Accounting Intern: Current Student in Accounting, Business Administration degree or other related.Experience not required,Have strong computer, analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills, should have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Very Good computer skills using MS Office, knowledge in SAP system would be a plusPreferred with 50-70% Bilingual English/Spanish Why choose ZF in Monterrey, N.L?
