English Language Development Specialist

Language training and development are key components of our company's growth strategy. To achieve this, we seek a skilled Language Intern to contribute to enhancing the English language skills of our employees. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement English language training programs tailored to meet the needs of our employees. Conduct individual and group English classes to promote language proficiency. Assess the language skills of employees and create targeted lessons for improvement. Design engaging teaching materials that cater to diverse learning styles. Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to employees. Collaborate with other departments to integrate language training into overall employee development plans. Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in languages, education, or a related field. Preferably, experience in teaching English. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create and adapt teaching materials.
