Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Bilingual Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team in a Dematic recruitment project. This role will support the end-to-end process of sourcing and following up with candidates for bilingual engineering positions.It’s a great opportunity for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in specialized recruitment and grow professionally within Human Resources.Responsibilities:Support the sourcing of candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, social media, etc.).Conduct initial screenings and assist in validating candidates’ English proficiency.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Follow up on the progress of active recruitment processes.Keep candidate databases up to date and assist in generating reports.Handle all information with strict confidentiality.Requirements:Active student in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (5th semester or higher).Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially for technical/bilingual roles.Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office tools.Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.Availability to work part-time during the internship period.We Offer:Internship program for a period of 6 months.Monthly financial support.Free on-site cafeteria and gym.Above-law benefits if hired after internship completion.Ongoing training and mentorship from the HR team.Work modality: On-siteProfessional and collaborative work environment.
