Job Title: Supply Chain Strategist We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Strategist to lead and optimize our end-to-end logistics and supply chain functions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Operations: Develop and implement logistics policies, strategies, and process improvements. Import/Export & Customs Management: Ensure full compliance with customs laws and regulations. Inventory & Warehouse Control: Supervise inventory accuracy, 5S, materials planning, and scrap-reduction efforts. Supplier, Carrier & Budget Management: Negotiate with suppliers and manage budgets. Team Leadership & Training: Lead, coach, and train logistics teams. Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Track performance metrics, analyze data, and drive process improvements. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or International Trade. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/warehouse/supervisor roles. Fluent English and advanced writing and negotiation skills. Proficient with ERP/WMS/TMS systems and logistics software. Leadership capabilities with team coaching, performance management, and stakeholder coordination. Preferred Bonus Skills: Certified SCM/logistics professional, and continuous improvement background.
