Financial Management Assistant

About this role We are seeking a Finance Intern to support various aspects of finance, providing valuable skills and insights. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial management, including accounts payable support, tax invoice processing, and intercompany invoicing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, with intermediate English proficiency and Excel skills. Responsibilities include: Supporting accounts payable for Mexican entities Processing tax invoices for third-party customers Controlling intercompany accounts receivable Elaborating payment complements (fiscal requirement) Intercompany invoicing for Mexican entities Controlling tax documentation and internal documentation Generating internal operation reports - KPIs (inventories, shipments, etc.) Supporting accounting activities Benefits include professional development opportunities, compensation and benefits, transparency, and opportunities for growth.
