Human Resource Development Specialist

Help coordinate and deliver onboarding and induction courses tailored to individual needs. Collaborate with the HR Generalist in daily activities, providing administrative support as needed. Participate in planning and executing internal events that foster a sense of community and teamwork. Requirements: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of one year remaining until graduation. Excellent level of English (reading and writing skills). Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders. Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn from new experiences and challenges. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with HR processes and documentation is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is highly valued.
