Financial Process Analyst

Accounting Specialist Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accounting specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in processing high-volume invoices with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities include accurately entering and coding invoices into the accounting system, reconciling vendor statements, and resolving discrepancies promptly. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist vendors and internal business users with AP automation invoice submission and manage assigned workflows. Key qualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree in a business-related field, 3-5 years of experience in account payable process, and proficiency in English speaking/reading and writing. The selected individual will also possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
