Job Overview The ideal candidate will oversee all activities related to the purchase of materials, material control, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and stores functions. This is a full-time on-site role for a Materials Manager located in Guadalupe. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the activities of the team, including staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of staff. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and material control systems Ensures materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements while maintaining acceptable inventory levels Develops material schedules and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering Reviews and plans requirements for purchasing materials Requirements Experience in Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management, and Procurement Strong skills in Supplier Relationship Management and strategic planning Warehouse operations Proficient in logistics and operations management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in manufacturing environments Knowledge of ERP systems and materials management software Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Advanced English
