Design and Innovation Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Design and Innovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a vital role in the design and development of new products. Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for performing design functions on new and existing products, creating structural and movement engineering analysis, and developing new and innovative designs and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects meet the required quality and timeline standards. Responsibilities: Perform design functions on new and existing products as assigned. Create structural and movement engineering analysis. Develop new and innovative designs and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related science. Skills: CAD software knowledge, Inventor, SolidWorks etc. Microsoft Office knowledge. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including: Compensation: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 (MXN) per month.
