Title:Client Experience & Content Operations Manager (Real Estate / Mortgage Industry) Location:Remote (Overseas) Employment Type:Full-Time (US timezone) Expected Salary: $1,400 - $2,000 USD a monthAbout the Role:Homes with Jessica Khani is seeking ahighly proactive Client Experience & Content Operations Managerto take ownership of marketing execution, video editing, image creation, and business operations.This role is content-forward. The ideal candidate is astrong video editor and visual content creator first , with the ability to also manage CRM, reporting, client communications, and executive support functions.The objective is to remove operational and marketing execution from Jessica's plate so she can focus on high-value relationship building and revenue-generating activities.Key Responsibilities:1. Content Creation & Marketing (Primary Focus) Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Create branded graphics, carousels, reels covers, event promos, and newsletters Develop and manage a 1-month rolling social media calendar Repurpose top-performing content Design and distribute: Weekly agent newsletters Monthly client newsletters (Mailchimp) Test subject lines, optimize CTAs, track engagement Execute 5-minute pre/post engagement routine around posts2. Operations & Pipeline Management Maintain CRM (Mailchimp) and Excel pipeline Track leads, pre-approvals, conversion rates, closings Generate daily follow-up call lists Track under-contract milestones Prepare monthly KPI reports and summaries Identify inefficiencies and propose system improvements3. Client Experience & Gifting Manage VIP gifting program Prepare handwritten cards (batch workflow) Coordinate milestone, birthday, holiday, and closing gifts Send post-closing surveys Manage review collection and database engagement4. Event & Partner Management Plan and coordinate realtor and partner events Source vendors (food, beverage, decor) Manage event timelines (2 months in advance) Schedule quarterly and annual partner meetings5. Executive & Personal Support Calendar management (business + personal) Property maintenance tracking Trip planning and logistics Expense tracking & monthly reimbursement reporting Maintain discretion and confidentialityRequired SkillsCore (Non-Negotiable): Strong video editing skills (Reels, short-form, storytelling cuts) Graphic design & image creation (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) Content strategy understanding High attention to detail Ability to work independently and proactively Excellent written English Strong organizational skillsPreferred Experience in real estate or mortgage industry Familiarity with CRM tools (Mailchimp preferred) Understanding of pipeline tracking & KPIs Experience supporting executives remotelySuccess Profile Anticipates needs before being told Takes ownership, not just tasks Builds systems and improves workflows Moves fast and communicates clearly Comfortable wearing multiple hats
