As a Desktop Support Technician, you'll oversee the lifecycle management of IT assets, including hardware refreshes, warranty repairs, inventory, equipment redeployment, logistics, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive onsite/remote support for Windows and macOS, ensuring seamless user experiences. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues (hardware, software, mobile, AV, networked printers), with a focus on executive/VIP support and system reliability. Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, including hardware refreshes, warranty repairs, inventory, equipment redeployment, logistics, and vendor coordination. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience, proficient in Windows 10, macOS, Microsoft Office, and Windows OS imaging, with a solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Ethernet). Proven ability to support networked printers, AV systems, and end-user devices, combined with strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills in dynamic environments. Physically and logistically prepared for field support, with a valid driver's license, personal vehicle for travel up to 150 miles (mileage reimbursed), and capability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
