Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer The role of the Site Reliability Engineer is to oversee the management and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure. This involves ensuring that all systems are running efficiently, with minimal downtime or errors. Responsibilities: Design and develop cloud-based infrastructure. Act as a facilitator between stakeholders and development teams. Be a subject matter expert and automate key components, application deployments, and repeating jobs. Ensure platform availability, stability, and compliance with quality standards. Monitor and operate third-party and custom Java application stacks. Improve IT services reliability by facilitating blameless postmortems, deriving measures, maintaining an issues backlog, evolving monitoring dashboards and alerts, measuring reliability based on service level objectives, managing new 3rd party/SaaS solutions, and taking over custom-built applications. Requirements: Preferred qualifications include experience in Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), monitoring solutions (e.g., Datadog, Azure Monitor), and GitHub. Beneficial qualifications include MongoDB Atlas, ArgoCD, Rancher, PowerBi, JIRA, and Confluence. Qualifications: 1 year of working experience in a similar position (SRE/DevOps or related). Ability to debug, optimize, and automate routine tasks and deployments. Familiarity with setting up and enhancing product monitoring. Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions. Demonstrable Agile mindset and willingness to learn and develop. Fluent English, written and spoken (German is a plus).
