We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Bilingual Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month temporary assignment . This role will focus on sourcing, contacting, and following up with candidates for bilingual engineering positions . Due to the nature of the role, confidentiality, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset are essential. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates for bilingual engineering roles using a variety of platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, etc.). Conduct initial screenings and validate English proficiency. Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers. Track the recruitment process and maintain updated candidate records. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics. Ensure confidentiality of all candidate and vacancy-related information. Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (completed or in progress). At least 2 years of experience in recruitment , preferably recruiting technical or engineering profiles. Advanced English (spoken and written) – mandatory. Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, OCC, Computrabajo, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
