Human Resource Recruitment Specialist

Talent Acquisition Internship This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in specialized recruitment and grow professionally within Human Resources. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Bilingual Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This role will support the end-to-end process of sourcing and following up with candidates for bilingual engineering positions. Responsibilities: Support the sourcing of candidates through various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.). Conduct initial screenings and assist in validating candidates' English proficiency. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Follow up on the progress of active recruitment processes. Keep candidate databases up to date and assist in generating reports. Handle all information with strict confidentiality. Requirements: Active student in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (5th semester or higher). Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially for technical/bilingual roles. Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
