Bilingual Talent Acquisition Intern Job We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic bilingual individual to support our recruitment team in a Dematic project. This role will assist in the sourcing and follow-up of candidates for bilingual engineering positions, providing hands-on experience in specialized recruitment and professional growth within Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, social media). Conducting initial screenings and verifying candidates' English proficiency. Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. FOLLOWING up on active recruitment processes and tracking progress. Maintaining candidate databases and assisting in generating reports. Handling confidential information with strict confidentiality. Requirements: Active student in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (5th semester or higher). Advanced English skills (spoken and written) are mandatory. Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly for technical/bilingual roles. Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude. Availability to work part-time during the internship period. Offer: Internship program for 6 months.
