Human Resources Intern

As an intern, you will support key HR processes, assist in employee interactions, and contribute to corporate initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities: Provide support and attention to operational personnel. Assist in offboarding processes (resignations, contract terminations). Support the execution of corporate campaigns. Help coordinate and deliver onboarding and induction courses. Provide assistance to the HR Generalist in daily activities. Collaborate in the planning and execution of internal events. Requirements: Active student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Must be an active student) One year or more remaining until graduation. Good level of English (reading and writing). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with HR processes and documentation. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Interest in employee engagement and internal communication.
