The team is committed to delivering efficient HR processes in a global environment, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and excellent service.What you can look forward to as HR Ops US Payroll Accountant: Process USA weekly/bi-weekly payroll using Kronos, UKG, PeopleSoft, SAP, and ADP systemsReview and validate payroll data, including earnings, deductions, benefits, and tax adjustmentsManage online paychecks, refunds, garnishments, and third-party reportingEnsure compliance with federal and state regulations, including K and FICA updatesReconcile payroll reports, uncashed checks, and year-end balancesCommunicate payroll deadlines and updates to HR and cross-functional teamsSupport audits, internal reviews, and year-end payroll reportingProvide excellent customer service to ZF plants and employees regarding payroll inquiriesYour Profile as HR Ops US Payroll Accountant: Degree in Accounting, Administration, or Finance3–4 years of payroll processing experience, preferably with USA and Canada payroll80–90% bilingual proficiency in English and SpanishStrong analytical, problem-solving, and internal control skillsProficient in PeopleSoft, SAP, QAD, and MS OfficeHigh ethical standards and attention to compliance
