Job Title: Talent Development Specialist This role requires a collaborative individual to work closely with management and provide training for employees, while also establishing ways to increase employee engagement. Responsibilities: Onboarding and Integration of New Employees: Ensure seamless transitions and effective integration of new hires into the organization. Performance Management and Continuous Feedback: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee performance and provide constructive feedback. Talent Development and Succession Planning: Identify and develop key talent, and create plans to ensure continuity in leadership positions. Employee Well-being and Talent Retention: Foster a positive work environment and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention. Organizational Culture and Leadership Development: Drive cultural transformation and develop leaders who embody the organization's values. Change Management in Technology Projects: Manage technological changes and their impact on employees and the organization. Compensation and Benefits in the Tech Sector: Analyze compensation and benefits packages to ensure they align with industry standards. Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions. Conflict Management and Problem Resolution: Resolve conflicts and address issues in a fair and timely manner.
