Compensation and Benefits in the Tech Sector: Analyze compensation and benefits packages to ensure they align with industry standards. Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions. Conflict Management and Problem Resolution: Resolve conflicts and address issues in a fair and timely manner.
