Senior Talent Development Specialist

Job Purpose: This role is responsible for implementing HR practices that foster employee engagement, a positive workplace culture, and talent development. Key Responsibilities: Liaise between manufacturing, engineering, IT teams and HR to ensure close collaboration with employees. Support the implementation of strategies to enhance workplace climate and organizational culture. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes. Assist in the execution and follow-up of training and development programs. Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and individual development plans. Monitor and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, engagement) and propose improvements. Contribute to organizational change projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Support internal communication and well-being programs to enhance employee engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field. 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within manufacturing, IT, or engineering environments. Knowledge of training and development processes. Proven experience in HR metrics and data analysis. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, dashboards, and advanced formulas.
