Job DescriptionDevelop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy to attract, engage, and retain top-tier diverse talent. Manage the Talent Acquisition team and oversee a wider recruitment and research function. Forecast organizational staffing needs and implement proactive short- and long-term hiring solutions. Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and SLA management with hiring managers. Ensure compliance with EEO, AAP, and other regulatory requirements while achieving diversity hiring goals. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize processes and measure effectiveness. Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors and oversee outsourced recruitment activities. Lead the annual TA operating budget and allocate resources strategically to meet hiring targets. Enhance candidate experience from interview to onboarding through continuous process improvement. Travel domestically and internationally to support site visits and recruitment initiatives.
