We're Hiring! Do you have experience in B2B sales and a passion for the construction industry? Join our team to lead commercial growth in metal structure projects as Business Development Executive. We're looking for someone with strong negotiation skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work closely with technical teams. Position Objective: To identify, develop, and close business opportunities in the construction sector, managing the full B2B sales cycle. Acts as a liaison between the client and the technical team, focusing on relationship building, negotiation, and deal closure. Key Responsibilities - Sell structural solutions for: -Industrial warehouse (Rigid frame, steel Trusses, Joyst system), Commercial buildings, Mezzanines, Warehouse expansion, Vertical buildings (apartments, offices, mixed-use) -Infrastructure projects (Metro/train stations, industrial warehouses, train garages, etc.) Prospect and qualify potential clients (General contractors, developers, construction firms, architects). Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, manage existing lead portfolio proposal presentations, negotiation, and closing. Maintain and grow relationships with prospects and customers. Collaborate with internal engineering teams to support proposals and client presentations. - Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs set by management. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Candidate Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Preferred: Certifications or training in B2B sales, negotiation, or business development. Experience: Proven success in selling metal structures or related construction products. 2 years of experience in B2B sales within construction, industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors. Proven track record in closing complex sales involving multiple stakeholders. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with developers and construction companies. Preferred Knowledge CRM tools (Salesforce) Consultative sales methodology. Basic understanding of technical drawings or specifications (not mandatory). Advanced conversational English Technical Collaboration: Ability to work closely with engineers and understand basic structural concepts. Availability: To travel sporadically to US, US Visa required We offer: Competitive monthly base salary, plus 1% commission on billed products, providing strong earning potential based on project success. The position includes all legally mandated benefits (prestaciones de ley) and a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
