**Job Description - Building Information Modeler level I**Responsibilities and Qualifications- Creates and maintains CAD models of all designs.- Performs models and drawing revisions per red-lines, sketches, written and verbal instructions.- Develops new and innovative designs and solutions for use on projects.- Supports in construction of mock-ups- Works effectively with others, and utilizes all available resources in solving project problems, demonstrates the ability to solve problems using deductive and intuitive reasoning skills.- Work together with structural engineers- Participates in project/status and departmental meetings.- Recognizes technical, scheduling, and resource problems, and initiates corrective actions- Balance multiple deadlines and changing priorities with ability to work efficiently under pressure- Complete training and learn skills necessary for increased responsibility- Effectively utilize time management skills, including organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization- **Bachelor of Science degree in civil or building engineering, architecture or related science.**:- **CAD software knowledge, Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino is a plus**:- Microsoft Office knowledge.- Passionate for quality, accuracy and perfection to the detail.- Creative, proactive, self-guided, productive.- **Communicates well in technical English, both written and verbal.**:- Able and willing to lift and carry weights around 20 kilograms- Age - Full time contract- Basic law required benefits- Flexible schedule scheme- Work area Linda Vista, Guadalupe**Salary**: $15,000 MXN per month before taxes**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From $15,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Autodesk Revit knowledge?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Language**:- English (required)
