What you can look forward to as Controlling Supervisor: Monitor process executions / Track governance, e.g. consistent reporting standards, guidelines, SLA requirements Leading a team within controlling factory, allocates tasks to operational staff Monitoring and evaluation of operational staff and ensuring timely and accurate transaction execution according to global standards Implement continuous improvement measures, automation and process optimization / Report performance to internal customers Team development, including coaching and assessments / Conduct ad hoc financial analysis Identify and assess financial risks to the company and develop risk mitigation strategies Supports the overall process design and the management of change requests Accountable that Service Level Agreements are met / Manages resolution process of issues raised within (sub-)process area and aligns topics with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Quality Assurance, Controls & Improvement Manager) Your Profile as Controlling Supervisor : Undergraduate university degree preferably in Finance / Controlling / Business Administration, Master’s degree is a plus 5+ years of experience in a relevant area (esp.
