Responsibilities:- Translate documents and provide appropriate follow-up ensuring all required approvals are obtained.- Supports Supervisor with the creation, revision and follow up (obtaining approvals) of controlled documents including flash communications and other miscellaneous documents.- Ensures communication of any changes or additions to Collections Procedures Manual (Standard Operating Procedures) is provided to Collections Department.- Responsible of updating Team SharePoint site and Oportal Intranet site, ensuring that all communications are shared in a timely manner and according to SLA.- Create flowcharts using Visio to aid the understanding of the Collections Procedures.- Lead meetings with process owners to obtain required information for procedure updates.- Propose innovative ideas with the purpose of improving Oportal Intranet site and other materials overall.- Provide support in any other activity or function required by the Procedures management team.Qualifications**:Experience**- Minimum 6 months experience in Document Control function is highly preferred. Education Bachelor’s degree (preferred), Bilingual (required).- Knowledge Basic knowledge of the FDCPA, Collection Strategies and techniques.**Skills**- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Adobe are required. Excellent grammar and translation (Eng to Spa) skills are also required.
