Quality Excellence Leader

Overview We are seeking a Quality Excellence Leader to oversee quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations. Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Quality department, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. They will develop and implement quality strategies, systems, and procedures to guarantee product excellence. Manage the Quality department to ensure adherence to ISO standards. Design and implement quality initiatives to enhance product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Oversee quality audits, corrective actions, and customer complaint resolution. ,Requirements To succeed in this role, you must have: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in quality management in a manufacturing environment, preferably in extrusion process. Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, 8D, PPAP, etc.). Experience with ISO 9001, or similar quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Fluent in English mandatory. ,Why Choose Us?
