Fulfill your responsibilities in an integral way, looking for widecommunication with your work team. How You'll Make an Impact Work inconjunction with cell 1 supervision, contributing to strategic decision makingfor the fulfillment of the plan. Work incoordination with other support areas in order to meet the differentrequirements of the manufacturing or business (HR, EHS, Quality, Engineering,Purchasing, Maintenance, etc.). Advise andsupport the manufacturing team in the face of conflict resolution or processdeviations. Complywith the production plan and make improvements on production floor through the6's. Developprojects to increase productivity based on shift targets. Responsibilityto comply and/or enforce compliance with current comprehensive managementsystem protocols, policies, guidelines and competencies (EHS, Quality). What You Bring. Professionalwith a degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of accreditedexperience preferably in the industrial, energy, manufacturing, energyinfrastructure sector. Knowledgeor experience in manufacturing processes. A GraduateDegree in Bachelor's Degree. Englishlevel (Intermediate). Taste forworking in multidisciplinary teams. Face-to-faceworking mode with mixed shifts with main base in Siemens Energy GuanajuatoCapital. Mustpossess a personality that gives a client a feeling of trust and comfort, veryprofessional attitude.
