Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist (SAP Key User Expert) to join our Supply Chain team. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation, while also supporting manufacturing teams to meet customer schedules. The ideal candidate will bring advanced SAP expertise and a passion for process optimization, helping drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across departments. Preferred Qualifications SAP certifications in MM, SD, PP, WM and CS modules Prior experience in the automotive industry Experience in SAP project management (planning, execution, follow-up) Familiarity with automotive industry-specific processes and challenges Required Qualifications Advanced technical knowledge in SAP MM and SAP SD Fluent English (written, spoken, and read) Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP MM and SD Strong analytical thinking and data analysis capabilities Position Overview This full-time position is based in the Americas Operations division and falls under the Supply Chain function, specifically within Material Flow. The role involves: Document Management: Creating and maintaining a local document management system Data Collection and Analysis: Producing accurate reports from standard sources Operational Compliance: Ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards Personal Capability Building: Participating in training and development activities Customer Order Processing: Handling custom/special orders with ambiguous delivery expectations Solutions Analysis: Responding effectively to routine functional inquiries Operations Management: Supporting routine activities using existing systems Resolving Customer Issues: Managing basic escalations and approvals Health, Safety, and Environment: Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Additional requirements include excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities for both technical and functional issues, and the capability to train and support SAP users across functions.
