Leading Operations in a Large-Scale Manufacturing Facility ">This role oversees the daily activities at a large-scale manufacturing facility, ensuring high performance across production and quality. The position drives continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and monitors key performance metrics to enhance plant effectiveness. ">The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related business and managerial experience, with working knowledge of the automotive industry. Additionally, they should be able to engage a diverse workforce, demonstrate use of Lean Principles to solve problems, and possess knowledge of ISO and TS Quality Management Systems . ">Key Responsibilities: ">Direct daily plant activities, including supervision of salaried staff. Champion of plant continuous improvement activities. Identify and track key measures to monitor facility/function effectiveness. Drive development of facilities processes and future capabilities. Ensure all customer requirements are maintained to the highest standard.
