Senior Production Planner

Job Overview: The primary objective of this role is to oversee the planning, coordination, and control of production activities in order to guarantee efficient compliance with manufacturing schedules. Key responsibilities will involve optimizing resources and ensuring that established standards of quality, time, and cost are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: Production Planning: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and installed capacity. Monitor and control progress to meet the plans as per master planning, adjusting the plans when necessary. Resource Management: Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources. Analysis of machine capabilities, labor, and shifts for efficient scheduling. Performance Monitoring: Follow up key performance indicators (KPIs). Implementation of continuous improvement tools, such as Lean manufacturing, Kanban, and Just in Time. Operational Management: Manage work orders in ERP/MRP systems. Communication of changes and/or deviations in the plan to the areas involved. Compliance and Audits: Support internal and external audits related to production planning. Ensure compliance with protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integrated management system (EHS, Quality).
