Manufacturing Operations Specialist

A snapshot of your day: Plan, Coordinate and Control Production Activities Develop daily, weekly and monthly production plans according to customer demand and installed capacity. Monitor and control progress to meet them as per master planning, adjust plans when necessary. Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics to ensure the availability of materials and resources. Analyze machine capabilities, labor, and shifts for efficient scheduling. Follow up key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement continuous improvement tools (Lean manufacturing, Kanban, Just in Time, etc.). Manage work orders in ERP/MRP systems. Communicate changes and/or deviations in the plan to the areas involved. Support internal and external audits related to production planning. ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc). Professional experience (1+ years) in manufacturing activities or program activities. You will work jointly with the factory management, commercial and technical teams, and other support areas of the company. Ensure that the growing energy demand of the global community is met reliably and sustainably.
