Manufacturing Production Planning

A Snapshot of Your Day As Manufacturing Production Planning & Control forDT you´ll be the entrepreneur responsible toplan, coordinate, and control production activities to ensure the efficientcompliance with manufacturing schedules, optimizing resources and meeting theestablished standards of quality, time and cost. How You'll Make an Impact Develop daily, weekly and monthly production plans according to customer demand and installed capacity.                                   Monitor and control progress to meet them as per master planning, adjust plans when necessary.  Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics to ensure the availability of materials and resources.  Analyze machine capabilities, labor, and shifts for efficient scheduling.  Follow up key performance indicators (KPIs).  Implement continuous improvement tools (Lean manufacturing, Kanban, Just in Time, etc.)  Manage work orders in ERP/MRP systems.  Communicate changes and/or deviations in the plan to the areas involved.  Support internal and external audits related to production planning.  Responsibility to comply with and/or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integrated management system (EHS, Quality)  What You Bring ERP/MRPsystems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc). . .
