**Manufacturing Production Planning Specialist Role** Description: The key objective of this role is to coordinate and control production activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining high standards of quality, time, and cost. Main Responsibilities: Develop short-term and long-term production plans aligned with customer demand and available capacity. Monitor progress against established goals and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives. Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure efficient material delivery. Analyze production capabilities, labor, and shifts to optimize scheduling. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements. Manage work orders in ERP systems and communicate changes or deviations to relevant teams. Requirements: Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
