Production Floor Leader

Achieve Excellence in Our Daily Operations As a valued member of our team, you will oversee and guide the operations personnel in cell 1 of our factory. Your primary goal is to ensure the successful execution of our production plan through quality, safety, and continuous improvement. You are expected to take a holistic approach to your responsibilities, fostering strong communication with your colleagues. You Will Contribute: Collaborate closely with cell 1 supervision to inform strategic decision making for production success. Work collaboratively with other support areas to meet diverse manufacturing or business requirements (HR, EHS, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Maintenance, etc.). Offer guidance and support to the manufacturing team in resolving conflicts or process deviations. Adhere to and improve the production plan on the production floor through the 6's. Develop projects to enhance productivity based on shift targets. E nsure compliance with current comprehensive management system protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies (EHS, Quality). Your Qualifications: A degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of accredited experience, preferably in the industrial, energy, manufacturing, or energy infrastructure sector. Knowledge or experience in manufacturing processes. A Graduate Degree in Bachelor's Degree. An intermediate level of English proficiency. A predisposition to working in multidisciplinary teams. A willingness to work in face-to-face mode with mixed shifts, primarily based in Siemens Energy Guanajuato Capital. A professional attitude that instills trust and comfort in clients.
