Main responsibilities include managing investment projects, optimizing manufacturing processes through continuous improvement methodologies, and coordinating the installation of specialized technical equipment in critical areas such as testing laboratories. Additionally, the manager serves as a technical reference, promoting cross-functional collaboration and the development of innovative solutions that enhance the plant's competitiveness. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and control investment projects in infrastructure, machinery, and equipment. Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and quality tools. Requirements: A degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on investment projects and CAPEX/Investment Management. Advanced English skills required. Technical knowledge of project management, CAD/CAM, quality tools, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, industrial automation, and testing laboratory standards.
