Lead Manufacturing Specialist The role of the Lead Manufacturing Specialist is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, product excellence, and industrial safety at a power transformer plant. Develop, execute, and manage investment projects in infrastructure, machinery, and equipment to enhance productivity and competitiveness. Promote lean manufacturing principles, six sigma methodologies, and quality tools to streamline processes and reduce waste. Specify, coordinate, and supervise the installation of specialized equipment for testing laboratories to ensure accuracy and precision. Evaluate and integrate advanced technologies and automation to improve productivity, efficiency, and traceability. Create and maintain technical documentation such as FMEA, work instructions, flow diagrams, and procedures to support continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing with expertise in investment projects and capital expenditure management. Academic Background: Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Advanced English language skills are essential. Technical knowledge includes project management (PMBOK, Agile), CAD/CAM, quality tools, lean manufacturing, six sigma, industrial automation, and laboratory standards. The selected candidate will collaborate with various departments including production, special process, quality, EHS, design, test field, purchasing, commercial, and technical teams to drive business success.
